Cupcakes: Russell Morin Catering BTW, I’ve finally been converted… I used to not like cupcakes at weddings, but Nicole and Dominick and a few other recent clients have convinced me that they are definitely a yummy AND beautiful alternative to the traditional wedding cake… the key is to mix up the flavors (after all you are ordering dozens of individual servings of cake, why not mix up the flavors?), and to not feel like you have to follow wedding cake “rules” with regards to presentation and decoration.
